Annual 3.1 mile (5K) run and 2 mile walk open to all men, women and children. The Giggle Gallop is approximately 1/8 mile and is open to all children ages 2-8. The post race party will include refreshments, FREE door prizes, LIVE entertainment and awards ceremony held at Veteran’s Park, Milwaukee. Proceeds will be given to Laura’s Smile Foundation to educate and advocate about ovarian cancer.
Chip timing will be used this year for all of those participating in the 5K run. Remember: Place your chip on the the FRONT of your shirt in order to receive an accurate time.

Butterfly Release 2016
With a minimum $20 donation, you can purchase a butterfly to personally release at the Laura’s Smile Mile Ceremony, June 6th, in honor/memory of your loved one. Limited quantities! Reserve yours by Friday, May 13th. Contact Mark David 262-644-0656 or mdavid40 [at] charter.net.

Cost for registration:
- 5k run/2 mile walk: $20 by May 15th, $25 thereafter
- Giggle Gallop: $10
- Pre-Registration must be received no later than May 31st.
- If interested in running as a team of 10 or more, registration would be $18/participant. If registered by May 15th, you will receive recognition on our web site. Please contact us prior to registering. Teams must be pre-registered by May 31st. NOTE: There will be a separate registration tent for groups.
- All 5K and 2 mile walk participants will receive Wigwam running socks and reusable goodie bags.

Participants can leave their gear in a secured tent during the event.
Chip timing will be used this year for all of those who are participating in the 5K Run. Remember to place your chip on the FRONT of your shirt in order to receive an accurate time.
Given to the top 3 overall male and female 5K winners and the first 3 males and females in each age category.
Race will start and finish at Veterans Park located on Milwaukee’s Lakefront. The route will start at the pavilion and continue around the lagoon to the War Memorial and finish at the pavilion.
We will once again have prizes for 4 teams, including the 2 largest teams and 2 teams randomly selected on race day. Teams must have 10 members in order to be considered a team. There is a $2.00 discount for each team member. Members can either register online or via mail. Captains will need to set up their teams prior to having members register.
Children’s event open to ages 2-8. It is approximately 1/8 mile. All Giggle Gallop participants will receive goodie bags and medals.
The Fun Never Ends… Giggle Fun
Kids of all ages can decorate their racing bibs as well as their own cupcake. Face Painting – $1 donation
ALSO There will be two bouncy houses appropriate for ages toddlers through kindergarten to enjoy. Parents will have no problem keeping a watchful eye on the children with the see-through netting on all sides.

From Lincoln Memorial Drive, turn onto Lagoon Drive. Two parking lots are available on Lagoon Drive.
Dogs, skates, rollerblades, skateboards and bikes are prohibited from the Run/Walk.
